I had a quick question before placing my order, mostly because I like to double-check things before spending money, and the Lynskey team got back to me fast. They answered everything clearly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking, which I appreciated.
I also reached out again after the purchase and had the same kind of experience. Friendly, easy to deal with, and no weird pressure or runaround. It felt like real people trying to help, and that goes a long way with me.

I got my Lynskey frame last month, and to be fair, I’m genuinely impressed. The craftsmanship is really clean, especially the welds, they’re even, tidy, and don’t look rushed at all. The finish feels solid too, and the whole thing gives the impression that real care went into it. I’ve owned a few frames over the years, and it’s only fair to say this one feels especially well made. So far, I’m really happy with it

My order did show up, but the shipping was slower than I expected. The tracking didn’t update very quickly either, which made the wait feel a little more frustrating. The bike was packed well when it arrived though, so that was a relief. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I was left feeling like the delivery part could’ve been smoother

I picked up a Lynskey frame after spending a few weeks looking at different titanium options. Overall, it feels really well made and the ride is smooth, so I don’t have much to complain about there. It’s a good bike, and you can tell they know what they’re doing.
That said, once I added shipping, parts, and a couple of extras, the total ended up being a few hundred bucks more than I was mentally planning for. For that kind of money, I guess I expected a little more included or slightly better pricing on the add-ons. I’m happy enough with it, but if I were doing it again, I’d probably compare 3 or 4 other options a little more closely first.

The frame ended up fitting perfectly, which I was a little nervous about at first. I kept going back to the sizing chart, then second-guessing myself, but it turned out to be spot on for me.

The bike rides smooth on longer stretches and feels solid when I’m climbing, so it’s not a bad ride by any means. But on rough pavement it gets a little stiff, and after a while I started feeling kind of trapped on it, like I couldn’t really relax or get comfortable. The handling is fine, but nothing that really impressed me. Overall, it’s decent, but I think I was expecting more for the price.

I was browsing lynskeyperformance.com trying to check out some titanium bikes, and the site was Easy enough to get around. The pages loaded fine, and the sizing info and options were Clear, so I could compare a few frames without getting annoyed. Checkout also looked simple, with no weird popups or anything like that. Overall, I had a Good experience and I’d use the site again...

My order showed up exactly when it was supposed to. Since it was packed well, everything was in good shape and I didn’t have any issues

I had to use the warranty for a frame issue. To be fair, they did answer me and eventually helped get it sorted out, but it took way more emails than I expected and a lot of waiting around. I felt kind of stupid for trusting that the process would be simple. It wasn’t a total nightmare, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been

The bike frame feels really solid and it rides nice, which is the main thing, but I did notice a couple small marks on the finish right out of the box. Not a huge deal, and I’m still happy with how it feels on the road, but for the price I kind of expected it to show up looking a bit cleaner. Overall good, just not quite perfect.
